01How do I enrol in a course?
Create a free account or sign in, open the course you're interested in, and click Enroll. You get access right away — the course appears in your My Learning dashboard, where you can track progress, resume where you left off, and access your certificates.
02Do I need prior experience to take a course?
No. Most Verten Academy courses are designed for beginners, including newcomers preparing for the Canadian job market. Every course shows its difficulty level and estimated duration on the course page, so you can pick what fits your starting point.
03How do payments and billing work?
Each course shows its price on the course page. Paid courses are a one-time payment per course — no subscription — processed securely by card through Stripe at checkout. We never store your card details. Free courses enrol instantly with no payment step.
04Can I use a coupon or discount code?
Yes. If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout before completing your payment and the discount is applied to your order total immediately.
05How long do I have access to a course?
Each course has its own access window, shown on the course page — most shorter courses include 30 days from the day you enrol, and longer programs include up to 75 or 90 days. Your remaining time is shown in My Learning. If your access expires before you finish, you can re-enrol and pick up the course again.
