• Create an account and log inSign up with your email, confirm it with a 6-digit code, then log in.
• Buy a course or use a couponPay once by card through Stripe, or enter a coupon code for a discount or free access.
• Take a courseFind your courses, move through the modules and unlock each one by passing its test.
• Practice Exam (80% to pass)Pass the Practice Exam with 80% or higher to unlock the Final Exam. Retake it as often as you like.
• Final ExamThe Final Exam's knowledge section: the pass mark, 3 tries every 24 hours, then the demonstration.
• Record and submit your demonstrationRecord yourself doing the task, upload it, and get a result, assessed with the assistance of AI, with evidence for each criterion.
• Get and share your certificateDownload your certificate as a PDF or JPEG and share its public verification link.
• Verify a certificateCheck that a Verten Academy certificate is genuine and still valid.
• Reset your passwordForgot your password? Get a reset link or code by email and choose a new one.

Organizations

For employment service organizations that train and support their own clients on Verten. Verten is the platform you use to track your clients live; it is not a job agency. Plans are monthly or annual, card only, prepaid, and you can cancel anytime.

• Start an organization planChoose a plan, pay by card and open the organization portal.
• Two-step verification for organization adminsOrganization admins confirm a 6-digit code from an authenticator app each time they log in.
• Invite your staffGive each person a role (admin, intake worker, case manager, job developer or viewer) and see who did what.
• Add your clientsAdd clients one at a time, by CSV upload or with a sign-up link. Clients agree before you see their progress.
• Buy and use course credits1 credit = 1 client in 1 course, valid 12 months. Buy by card, give a credit, or return an unused one.
• Follow progress: cohorts, reports and alertsGroup clients with a deadline, download Excel reports, and see who is falling behind.
• Funder Reporting add-onTag clients with a funding source and your own client ID, then export a report for your funders.
• Employment OutcomesJob Portal Pro for your clients, their job search, job referrals, placements with 3, 6 and 12-month follow-ups, and one funder report.
• Change or cancel your planSwitch plans or billing, add staff logins, clients and add-ons, update your card, or cancel.
• An organization invited meAccept an invitation from an organization that supports you, and stop sharing your progress if you want to.

Instructors

First aid courses (BFA-101, IFA-201, CPR-101 and BLS-301) finish with an in-person skills session.

• Set up a first aid skills sessionCreate an in-person session for a first aid course and add the learners who will attend.
• Sign off a learnerRecord the competency score, recommend a pass and sign with your typed name.

Admins

For Verten Academy staff. Full admins (/en/admin) can change everything; sub admins can view and sign off, but some actions are hidden.

• Manage coursesFind a course, publish or unpublish it, and edit its details and price.
• CouponsHow coupons work and how to get one created or removed.
• Review demonstrationsSee every attempt, its ratings and evidence, open recordings, and sign off when required.
• Revoke a certificateWithdraw a certificate so its verification page shows it as revoked. Full admins only.
