Coupons

There is no coupon page in the admin panel yet. Coupons are created and removed by the Verten technical team.

Request a coupon

1. Email support@verten.ai with:
   • the code (for example LAUNCH25)
   • the discount: a percentage, a fixed amount in USD, or free
   • which courses it covers (or all courses)
   • the maximum number of uses, if any
   • the expiry date, if any
2. We confirm when the code is live.
3. Test it by applying it on a course page while signed in. Do not complete the purchase.

How coupons behave

• Codes work in capitals or small letters.
• An expired or used-up code gives no discount.
• A discount never goes below a price of zero.
• A 100% coupon enrolls the learner straight away, with no payment step.
