Review demonstrations

Review an attempt

1. In the left menu, under Assessment, click Demonstrations.
2. Filter the list: All, Waiting for sign-off, Passed, Not yet or In progress.
3. Click View on an attempt.
4. Read Ratings and evidence (each criterion with quotes from the recording) and the Transcript.
5. To watch the recording, click Open recording (logged). Every opening is recorded in the Recording access log at the bottom of the page.

Human sign-off (optional)

By default the AI approves a passing recording and the certificate is issued straight away. A full admin can tick Human sign-off required in Settings on the Demonstrations page. A passing recording then waits for staff approval.

1. Filter by Waiting for sign-off and click View.
2. Review the evidence. Add a Sign-off note (optional).
3. Click Approve and issue to pass the attempt and issue the certificate, or Reject. After a rejection the learner can use a remaining attempt.

Other actions

• Delete recording removes the files, transcript and evidence quotes. The ratings are kept.
• Accrediting body in Settings adds a “Backed by …” line to new certificates. Leave it blank for none.
• First aid records are under Skills sessions in the same menu.
