Plans

• Basic, $449/month: 3 staff logins and 40 active clients. Add clients one at a time, buy course credits, follow progress and certificates.
• Starter, $849/month: 8 staff logins and 200 active clients. Adds CSV upload, a sign-up link, cohorts with deadlines and the Excel progress report.
• Growth, $1,399/month: 15 staff logins and 400 active clients. Adds inactivity reminders, certificate expiry tracking and Employment Outcomes (coming soon).
• Pro, $1,899/month: 30 staff logins and 700 active clients. Everything in Growth.

Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). An extra staff login is $49/month, and 25 more active clients are $125/month. All prices are in US dollars.

Active clients

A client is a job seeker you serve. A client counts as active from the moment you add them until they are placed in a job and past the 12-month follow-up, or until a case manager archives their file. Clients who stop sharing their progress with you do not count. When you reach your limit, you cannot add new clients until you archive a file, add 25 more clients or upgrade.

Sign up

1. Go to For organizations and click Choose under the plan you want.
2. Click Log in or create an account. Use a login just for your organization work: after payment it opens the organization portal only.
3. Enter the Organization name, check the Plan and billing, and click Continue to payment.
4. Pay by card on the secure Stripe page.
5. Back on Verten, click Open the portal. The first time, set up two-step verification (see Two-step verification for organization admins).
