Verify a certificate
Check that a Verten Academy certificate is genuine and still valid.
- Open the verification link the person shared with you. It is also printed on the certificate after “Verify at”.
- If you only have the Verification ID, type this address into your browser, putting the ID at the end: academy.verten.ai/en/verify/ID
- Read the result at the top of the page.
| Result | What it means |
|---|---|
| Certificate Verified | Genuine and valid. |
| Certificate Expired | Genuine, but past its “Valid until” date (for example BLS, 12 months). |
| Certificate Revoked | Withdrawn by Verten Academy. It is no longer valid. |
| Certificate Not Found | No certificate has that ID. Check it was typed exactly. |
A verified page shows the holder's first name and last initial, the course, the issue date and how it was assessed. For first aid it also shows the instructor and the skills session date. Check that the name and course match the certificate in front of you.
