Revoke a certificate

Withdraw a certificate so its verification page shows it as revoked. Full admins only.

Open the certificate's record:
- For a demonstration: Demonstrations → View on the attempt.
- For any course, including first aid: Enrollments in the left menu, then find the learner's row.
Click Revoke certificate (on the Enrollments list: Revoke cert).
Check the learner's name and course in the message, then type REVOKE in the box.
Click Revoke certificate.

The verification page changes at once to “Certificate Revoked” with the date. The row shows Cert revoked.

Revoking cannot be undone. If you revoke by mistake, email support@verten.ai.
