Two-step verification for organization admins

Organization admins can see every client and manage billing, so their logins are protected with two-step verification, the same as Verten's own admins. Case managers do not need it.

First time

1. Install an authenticator app on your phone (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
2. Log in. Verten shows a QR code.
3. Scan it with the app, then type the 6-digit code the app shows.
4. Click Enable & Continue. The organization portal opens.

Every sign-in after that

1. Log in with your email and password.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify & Continue.

Lost your phone?

Write to support@verten.ai from your organization email. After we confirm it is you, we reset your two-step verification and you set it up again at your next sign-in.
