Buy and use course credits

Buy credits (admins)

1. In the portal menu, click Course credits.
2. Under Buy credits, pick the Course and the number of Credits, then click Buy by card.
3. Pay on the secure Stripe page. The credits appear as soon as the payment goes through.

Credits cost the course's list price and are valid 12 months from purchase. First aid credits (BFA-101, IFA-201, CPR-101 and BLS-301) include the in-person skills session.

Give a course to a client

1. Open the client from Clients.
2. Under Give a course, pick the course and click Use 1 credit.

If the client has already joined, they are enrolled straight away. Otherwise they are enrolled the moment they join.

Return a credit

While the client has not joined yet, click Return credit on their page and the credit goes back to your pack. Once the client is enrolled, the credit is used.

Refunds

Credits are not refunded once used. If we refund a credit pack, its unused credits are removed from your balance; credits already given to clients stay with those clients. The Refunded column on Course credits shows how many were removed. To ask about a refund, write to support@verten.ai.
