Manage courses

Log in

1. Log in at academy.verten.ai/en/auth with your admin account.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify & Continue. The first time, scan the QR code and click Enable & Continue.

Find a course

1. In the left menu, click Courses.
2. Use the filters (status, tier, price, category) or sort the list.
3. Click View to see a course's enrollment numbers.

Publish or unpublish

1. Find the course and click the switch in the Status column.
2. “Published” means learners can see and buy it. “Draft” hides it from the catalog. Enrolled learners keep their access.

Edit details or price

1. Click Edit on the course.
2. Change the fields you need, for example Price (USD) or Access Window (days).
3. Step through to the end and save.
