Audit, Funder Readiness and Service Quality
Learn to be ready before anyone asks. You map what an auditor or funder will request and trace each claim back to the records that prove it. You build an indexed evidence file that shares only what is needed.
Secure checkout by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to Verten.
After this course you can
Given an audit or funder request, map each item to the records that answer it, who owns them, where they are, and any gap.
Given a sample of billed services, trace each to its source records and assemble an indexed, privacy-safe evidence file.
Given audit or self-review findings, record corrective actions with a root cause, owner, due date, and recheck.
Given OAP-funded services in Ontario, apply the OAP funding, expense, documentation, and record-keeping rules that affect providers.

How recorded assessment works
Final exams include a recorded demonstration. You upload a recording of your screen and voice. AI services turn your speech into text and help rate it against the course rubric, and a Verten assessor reviews on request or by sample. We do not use facial recognition. Verten staff who run assessments can view it, and each view is logged. Recordings may be stored or processed outside Canada. We delete them 12 months after your result (6 months if you are under 18). You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can ask for an alternative assessment without giving a reason. Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent.

Learn to be ready before anyone asks. You map what an auditor or funder will request and trace each claim back to the records that prove it. You build an indexed evidence file that shares only what is needed. Then you run a monthly review that finds problems, fixes their causes, and checks that the fix held. You prove each skill on a recording of your screen and voice, explaining what you did and why. Ontario funding and accountability rules are taught in one clearly labeled module.
