After this course you can
Given a record of a team's week, identify who was left out of information, airtime, credit, or opportunity, with evidence, and propose an action for each.
Given a decision about people, set the criteria first, rate each person against them with evidence, and catch a judgment that is not tied to the criteria.
Given a meeting, plan it so everyone can take part, and respond to an interruption and a claimed idea in the moment.
Given a remark that singles someone out, respond as a bystander, check in with the person affected, and know when to use the reporting route.
Given a record of assignments and recognition, find an imbalance and design a fair rotation and an open call with written criteria.
Given a concern raised by a colleague, respond as a supervisor, explain the reporting route honestly, and write a factual report.

How recorded assessment works
Final exams include a recorded demonstration. You upload a recording of your screen and voice. AI services turn your speech into text and help rate it against the course rubric, and a Verten assessor reviews on request or by sample. We do not use facial recognition. Verten staff who run assessments can view it, and each view is logged. Recordings may be stored or processed outside Canada. We delete them 12 months after your result (6 months if you are under 18). You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can ask for an alternative assessment without giving a reason. Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent.
