How recorded assessment works
Final exams include a recorded demonstration. You upload a recording of your screen and voice. AI services turn your speech into text and help rate it against the course rubric, and a Verten assessor reviews on request or by sample. We do not use facial recognition. Verten staff who run assessments can view it, and each view is logged. Recordings may be stored or processed outside Canada. We delete them 12 months after your result (6 months if you are under 18). You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can ask for an alternative assessment without giving a reason. Learners under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent.

Every service an OAP provider delivers has to be shown on paper before anyone can pay for it, continue it, or check it. This course teaches you to keep the documentation chain unbroken, to know which report is due, when, and from whom, and to get each report right the first time. A labeled Ontario module then shows how current Ontario Autism Program rules apply to the invoices, letters, and records your team produces. You practice on a fictional provider and a fictional caseload, and you pass by doing the work and explaining it out loud.
